1. General Information These Terms of Service govern your use of cybervibed.com, operated by CYBERVIBED, based in Poland. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products All products are produced on a print-on-demand basis. Product colors may slightly vary due to monitor settings and print processes. Sizes are indicated in product descriptions — please check the size guide before ordering.
3. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept payments via the methods available at checkout. All prices are displayed in PLN and include applicable VAT where required by EU law.
4. Fulfillment & Delivery Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners and typically dispatched within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. We ship within Poland and the EU. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. However, please note that custom-printed or personalized items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, as they are made to order.
6. Returns & Refunds If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days at [your contact email] with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. We do not accept returns for sizing issues on non-defective items, as products are made to order.
7. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and branding on cybervibed.com are the property of CYBERVIBED. You may not reproduce, copy, or use them without written permission.
8. Liability CYBERVIBED is not liable for delays caused by third-party fulfillment partners, customs, or courier services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts. EU consumers retain the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
