1. Order Processing All products are made to order by our print-on-demand partners. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Destinations We ship to Poland and across the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Poland: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- EU countries: 5–14 business days after dispatch

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Free shipping promotions, if available, will be displayed at checkout.
5. Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
6. Customs & Duties For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs fees — these are the responsibility of the customer.
